Remind Invitees to answer a Survey

The GAIS platform automatically sends a reminder mail three days before a survey expires to those who have not yet answered. You also have the option to send additional reminders yourself. At the bottom of the article you will see automatic reminders to administrators.

Automatic reminders to invitees

Participants who have not answered the survey receive an automatic reminder three days before the test expires.

Send a reminder mail to invitees

If you would like to remind your employees before the automatic reminders are sent out, do the following:

1. Log in to GAIS and select Tests in the top bar.

2. Select the survey you would like to remind participants to answer and press Edit.

3. Select the Invitees tab. Press the Remind Outstanding button to send a reminder email to those who have not yet responded. Those who have responded will not receive a reminder email. Please note that, for reasons of anonymity, you cannot see who will receive the reminder email.

This is what it looks like for invitees

This is what a reminder email looks like to the invitees - if you have written your own text, that is naturally the one that appears.

Automatic reminders for administrators

If you have set up a survey to be sent out on a specific date, all administrators who have notifications turned on will receive a reminder mail three days before the survey is sent out. The automatic reminder is sent out at 7:00 AM in the morning.

When your survey has been sent out to the invittes, you will also receive a reminder 3 days before the survey expires.
