Survey Frequencies

How often do you want to send out the survey? Choose from a number of different survey frequencies depending on your needs. The frequency determines how often participants should answer the survey and how many questions they need to answer each time.

Single survey: Choose a one-off survey if you only want to conduct a survey a single time.

Low-frequency survey: Choose a low-frequency survey if you want to repeat the survey either yearly, biannually, or quarterly.

High-frequency survey: Choose a high-frequency survey if you want to send out surveys often and in smaller portions. This is called a pulse survey, and you can choose to send out the survey monthly, biweekly, or weekly. The pulse survey starts with a complete GAIS initial survey, which is used as a benchmark for the subsequent pulse survey. When the pulse survey is initiated, the complete GAIS questionnaire is divided into smaller portions that are sent to participants at the frequency you choose. You cannot choose a Quick GAIS if you want to do a high-frequency survey.

  1. Weekly survey: three/four questions per time
  2. Bi-weekly survey: seven questions per time
  3. Monthly survey: 14 questions per time
