Questionaire Factor Survey "Balance"

Attached is an overview of the questions included in the survey if you carry out a factor survey specifically on “Balance”. The 17 mandatory questions are inspired by the research model behind the report “Balance - harmoni eller hamsterhjul” (Balance - harmony or hamster wheel), published by the Knowledge Centre for Job Satisfaction.

Structure of the questionnaire

The questionnaire is based on a number of mandatory questions about three dimensions of balance. In addition, there is a catalogue of optional questions. Their content has been put together on the basis of thorough research and includes questions from well-tested surveys.
