Attached is an overview of the questions included if you conduct a WRA (Workplace Risk Assessment) survey. It consists of 24 questions and a number of optional questions.
NOTE: Please note that you need one of our paid subscriptions to use WRA on the GAIS platform.
Structure of the Questionaire
The question framework is structured like other survey types in GAIS: there are questions about the overall work environment and 4 factors, each with a series of questions. Some of the 4 factors are divided into sub-factors.
- Overall work environment
- Physical work environment
- Noise
- Lighting
- Ergonomics
- Indoor climate
- Safety
- Chemicals
- Psychological work environment
- Work pressure
- Interaction
- Harassment
- Stress
- Sick leave
The four questions in "Overall work environment" are manditory, while the remaining categories are optional.
Anonymity
All responses in the WPA are anonymous. However, you can choose to make questions about the physical work environment non-anonymous. Non-anonymity can be selected for individual questions within the physical work environment, and it will be clear to participants that they are now answering a non-anonymous question.
Extra Questions, Own Questions and conditional Questions
As with other types of GAIS surveys, it is possible to add additonal GAIS questions, create your own and create conditonal questions. You can learn more about these options here.
