Attached is an overview of the questions included if you conduct a WRA (Workplace Risk Assessment) survey. It consists of 24 mandatory questions and a number of optional questions.
NOTE: Please note that you need one of our paid subscriptions to use WRA on the GAIS platform.
Structure of the Questionaire
The question framework is structured like other survey types in GAIS: there are questions about the overall work environment and 4 factors, each with a series of questions. Some of the 4 factors are divided into sub-factors.
- Overall work environment
- Physical work environment
- Noise
- Lighting
- Ergonomics
- Indoor climate
- Safety
- Chemicals
- Psychological work environment
- Work pressure
- Interaction
- Harassment
- Stress
- Sick leave
Anonymity
All responses in the WPA are anonymous. However, you can choose to make questions about the physical work environment non-anonymous. Non-anonymity can be selected for individual questions within the physical work environment, and it will be clear to participants that they are now answering a non-anonymous question.
Mandatory and Optional Questions
The question framework consists of a number of mandatory questions and a number of optional questions.
Own Questions
As with other types of GAIS surveys, it is also possible to add your own formulated questions.
Conditional Questions
It is possible to make questions conditional. This means that the answer to question X determines whether question Y will be shown to participants.
