GAIS Basic
GAIS Basic gives you access to our core GAIS platform, providing the essential tools to get started with a wellbeing survey. This solution is ideal for small companies with a limited need for in-depth analyses and features. GAIS Basic can also be a way to try out the GAIS platform before choosing a subscription type.

- Simple wellbeing survey
- Standardised reports with no customisation options

Limitations:
- Up to 25 employees
- Access to only one survey series
- Maximum of 2 languages
- Only one administrator
GAIS Pro
GAIS Pro is a natural fit for small and medium-sized companies that want to work with wellbeing in a more systematic and flexible way. With access to more survey types and extended reporting options, Pro suits those of you who want to customise surveys, involve managers in follow-up and actively use data across the organisation. Our Pro subscription is especially relevant if you have several teams or departments, want to measure continuously with e.g. our Quick survey, or want to work with concrete actions through our Action Centre.
Selected features:
- Up to 400 employees
- More survey types, including workplace assessment (APV), leadership survey, balance survey and Quick wellbeing survey
- Extended options for customising questionnaires and frequencies, e.g. eNPS survey, pulse survey, conditional questions and more
- Option to create a permanent Organisation on the GAIS platform
- Unlimited number of languages
- More features in reports and analysis
- Option to share reports with management
- Action Centre
- Live benchmark at an overall level

GAIS Premium
GAIS Premium is well suited to larger organisations that need advanced features, such as the option to use our code or kiosk solution. With a Premium subscription, you get full access to the platform, the option of a kiosk solution and integration with HR systems, as well as help from a Product Specialist to set up your annual survey. Premium is for those of you who want to work strategically with wellbeing across the organisation.

- Annual onboarding - help setting up your survey
- Code and kiosk solution
- Live Benchmark at industry level
- Option to integrate with other HR tools
- Add-on options, e.g. presentation for managers, review of results.
GAIS Enterprise
GAIS Enterprise is a good fit for the large and/or complex organisation that, in addition to full and unlimited access to all features on the GAIS platform and an extended SLA, needs extra support and guidance when setting up and running surveys. You will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Specialist, who coordinates with other specialists at GAIS on setting up your surveys. A package is put together to match your needs.

- Extended SLA
- Dedicated Customer Success Specialist, who coordinates with other specialists at GAIS on setting up your surveys.
