The company profile is where you find all of your surveys, do they technical setup and store all of the info about your company. This is were you can activate the actioncenter and define different right within the GAIS platform.
Create a company profile
The first thing you have to do on the GAIS platform is create a profile for you and your company. You can do that via this link: https://gais.io/sign-up/

Create your company profile
To setup your company profile, click your name in the top right corner. On the dropdown menu you choose "View company profile":
Now you can fill out any missing information about your company - when you're done, remember to click "Update company profile". You can always come back and edit the information.
In the image above you can see that company logo is marked with a orange label with the word "Pro". This is because this feature is only available too customers with a GAIS subscription. If you already have a subscription and see this label, please contact [email protected] or you Customer Succes Specialist.
Choose your industry
When you choose your industry, you have the following options:
- Construction
- Finance and insurance
- Commerce and retail
- Hotel, restaurants and tourism
- Manufacturing and production
- Office and communication
- Agriculture and food
- Social work and health
- Transport
- Education and research
- Public sector services and adminstration
- Privat sector service
- Other
- NGO/association
The industry you choose is the industry you'll be able to benchmark your survey results against.
We do not have a catalogue where it's defined which organisations/businesses fits in to each industry.
It is up to the individual to choose the industry that makes the most sense.
You cannot place yourself in two industries, even if you may have a company where there is both production and transport. Here you have to choose the industry that is the most comprehensive.
Add your administrators
The administrators for your company profile are the ones who have access to all of your data. They can setup test, change settings for your profile and have access to your organisation and company reports.
Your the first adminfor your company profile and can add as many more as you like, just click "Add administrator":
Too add an administrator, you have to write their name and email. As a default "Company administrator" is activated. You can remove the tick and instead choose what kind of surveys this specific admin should have access to.
You can always update the settings for an administrator. You can choose if they should be receiving notifications and they can be deleted again.
Settings - access to actioncenter
With Actions in GAIS, it is easy and effective to set initiatives in motion based on the knowledge gained from surveys. You can create actions, set deadlines, create sub-tasks, choose the person responsible for the action and share the action with relevant units.
You can choose whether none, all or all managers should be able to create actions
You can also choose whether those you have given rights to
- Must only be able to create actions for one self
- Must be able to create and share actions with others with the same role in the same department
- Must be able to create and share actions with everyone in the same role in the organization
You can also choose whether employees and managers should be presented with recommendations when they have completed a survey:
Change between company profiles
If you are admin for more than one company profile, you can change between them using the menu "My companies":
