Get a sense of the GAIS platform's features and functionalities by conducting a free test survey.
It doesn't take long and is completely non-binding.
Create your profile
Go to gais.dk and choose "Try GAIS now."
Fill in your login details and a few pieces of information about the company.
Create a survey
Choose "Get started" to create a test survey.
Select Survey Type
Choose the survey type you want for your test survey.*
We recommend selecting the full GAIS survey with 38 questions. This option provides the best insight into the GAIS platform.
*Note: WRA (Workplace Risk Assesment) surveys, leadership surveys, and balance surveys are available with paid subscriptions.
Create Your Test Survey
Give your survey a name and choose the start and end dates.
- Give your survey a name
- Select a one-time survey
- Choose to start the GAIS survey when you send the invitation
- Decide when the test survey should end
Invitation Text:
GAIS provides a predefined invitation text. You can edit it if you wish, but you can also leave it as is since this is just a test survey.
Add Participants:
If you have many participants in a GAIS survey, it can be smart to use GAIS Organization and a data file. However, since you're only conducting a small test survey, we recommend selecting Add participants manually via email.
Enter the email and name of the people you want to invite to your test survey.
You need at least five email addresses to receive a GAIS report, ensuring participant anonymity.
Define filters
Filters are used in the report to view subsets/samples of participants' responses. GAIS automatically creates the filters for you, so you don't need to do anything here. You can add your own filters if you wish.
Organization:

Comments and Dialogue:
Choose whether you want to allow the collection of comments.
Additional Questions
Here, you can choose to add extra questions to your test survey beyond the 38 mandatory questions. You can select from the question catalog or create your own.

Send Invitations and Receive Report
You are now ready to send the invitations for your test survey. As soon as participants have completed their survey, they will receive a personal report. And once at least 5 people have completed the survey, you can view the company report.
