Revisions/Deletions of Submitted Responses

Once a participant has received an invitation to a survey and has completed it by answering all the questions and finally clicking "Submit responses", the survey is saved and locked.
This means the employee cannot access the survey again to change their responses.



Why can't you change a completed response? 

This is partly because the company report is updated in real time, and if responses and comments could be changed continuously, it would be very difficult to read. If employees could delete responses, it would also make it very hard to track the response rate.



How to request a deletion 

If an employee has answered incorrectly or wants to correct their answers, the employee must contact support@gais.dk and ask to have the response deleted. Once that is done, the employee can access the survey and answer it from the beginning. This can be done either via the original invitation, or the employee can ask to be sent a new invitation.
