Resend invitations to the survey

You can resend invitations to participants if, for example, they have deleted the email with the invitation.

Select the survey for which you want to resend invitations and click Edit ongoing.

Click the Participants tab at the top. Then press Resend next to the people you want to send the invitation to again.

They will now receive a new email with an invitation to participate in the survey.

The Employee has lost their code

If your company uses the Code solution, you can easily retrieve the codes again if a participant has lost theirs. Simply click on Code. Here you will find all of your company’s codes.
