The full GAIS questionnaire version consists of 38 questions based on 7 factors that are important forjob satisfaction.
The 38 questions are divided into question batteries for the seven factors as well as a separate question battery that captures the overall job satisfaction. Finally, there is a ranking question where participants are asked to rank the 7 factors in terms of perceived importance.
The GAIS measurement can be done in several different languages. Download the questionnaire in the languages that are relevant to you.
