Do you need help in GAIS?
We would very much like to help everyone who uses GAIS. That is why we have built a thorough and comprehensive help centre, which is continuously updated. Our direct support is reserved for paying customers.
This means that, as a free user, you should use our help centre and the many available guides.
You are, of course, always welcome to contact us if you:
- have feedback for us
- believe there is an error in the system
- would like your user account deleted
- represent a company that would like an introduction to GAIS
If something is not working as expected, we recommend that you first check the relevant guide before contacting us.
If you still have not found a solution, you can write to us at support@gais.dk.
If your question does not fall within the categories above, we refer you to the guides in our help centre.
If you need to contact Support & Solution
If you suspect that there is an error in the system, you can either send an email directly to support@gais.dk or submit a support request via our knowledge base.

Please describe the issue as thoroughly as possible
Before contacting us, we recommend that you first try the following:
- use a different browser
- log out and log back in
- refresh the page
You can also read more about the most common issues and how to solve them in our guide.
When contacting us, please describe:
- what you were doing when the error occurred
- whether you were answering a personal survey, a survey sent by a company, or setting up a survey
- exactly where in the process the issue occurs
- whether the issue happens repeatedly
- any other relevant information that may help us understand the issue
Response time
We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. Our response time is up to 72 hours during normal weekday business hours. Please note that response times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, etc.
