You can easily share your report or segments of your report with others. It can be done in several ways:
1a. Share the full digital report
1b. Share segments of the digital report
2. Download the report or segments of the report in PDF or PowerPoint and share it with others.
1a. Share the full digital report
When you want to share the digital report with someone else, go to My reports at the top of the page. Find the card for the report you want to share.
Then, press the Edit button at the bottom of the card.
Choose Share in the upper corner. Enter the email address of the person you want to share with and press Share.
The person you share the report with will get an email like this:
If they press the View the report button, they will be sent directly to the shared report. If they have never logged in to GAIS before, they have to create a code to gain access.
The link in the email will be active for 14 days. After that they can still gain access to the report, but only by logging in to GAIS via this link: GAIS login
Consider if you want to give access to filters in the shared report
You can choose whether it should be possible for the recipient to use filtering. This can be set per snippet per person. Filtering means that data can be filtered/sorted based on the filters that were made when creating the measurement. It could be department, position, location, etc.
1b. Share one og more segments
You can also choose to share a snippet of the company report with one or more people. It could be department managers in your organization. When you share a segment the people you share the segment with have access to use GAIS’ digital functions within the given segment.
You can fint segment sharing by choosing Click here to go to segments:
Or you can use Segments when editing the survey:
How to share a segment
- Choose the segment you want to share.
- Press the green Share button.
- Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) you want to share the segment with.
- Decide whether the recipient should be able to use filtering.
Define settings for segments
You can define some settings that apply across your shared segments:
- Hide comments in shared segments: If you turn this feature on, people you share segments with will not be able to see free-text comments from participants. This function is used if the tone of the comments is of such a nature that it is inappropriate to share them with, for example, managers.
- Select filters to share: You can choose which filters can be accessed in shared segments. This applies across shared reports where the Allow filtering function is turned on. For example, you may want to allow filtering by gender but not by age.
2. Download the entire report or segments and share it
You can also download your report in various file formats. You can save the downloaded report or, for example, share it as an attachment.
Go to the GAIS report itself. Here you will find the Download Center at the bottom of the left menu.
Here you can download the report in a whole range of formats:
- PowerPoint: The report is downloaded in a PowerPoint format that you can edit.
- PDF: The PDF format cannot be edited.
- Excel: The report results are downloaded in Excel format combined with filters.
- All slices: All slices are downloaded - one at a time. You can also choose to download selected slices.
- All comments: All free-text comments are downloaded as a CSV file.
