Integration to HR Systems: API integration for GAIS​

This solution is for customers with a GAIS Premium subscription.

Using GAIS it is possible to create an API integration towards your own HR system ensuring your data is updated.

An API solution makes it possible for two systems to exchange data continuously and in real time. In this way, your third-party system, for example an HR system, can function and cooperate with the GAIS platform. 

When you use the "Organization" function for your work on the GAIS platform, you can link your data via a data file (CSV file). We have made it possible for you to build an integration from your HR system to GAIS.

What does it require of you?

The solution requires that you have full overview of your data and know what you want to include in your surveys. The columns you want to see in GAIS must be reflected in your HR system . For instance, If you want to have an option in GAIS called "Closest manager's manager", this category must also be called "Closest manager's manager" in your HR system.

Your IT department or person in charge will be able to configure it so the information you want to include is synchronized. This way, your business has full control over what data and information you want to work with on the GAIS platform.

How does it work?

We provide an API description that you can deliver to your IT department.

Who builds the integration?

It's entirely up to you. Whether your own IT department can build the integration, whether you find someone externally or whether you contact us so that we refer you to our partners, is entirely up to you.
