Full GAIS Questionaire

The full GAIS questionnaire version consists of 38 questions based on 7 factors that are important for job satisfaction.

Theese seven factors are:

• Mastery
• Achievements
• Leadership
• Collegues
• Purpose
• Influence
• Balance

The 38 questions are divided into question batteries for the seven factors as well as a separate question battery that captures the overall job satisfaction. Finally, there is a ranking question where participants are asked to rank the 7 factors in terms of perceived importance.

The GAIS Catalog is divided into 4 categories:

You can add your own formulated questions within 3 answer categories:
