What is a mini-report?
A mini-report is a concise, focused report that provides managers with small teams of 3-4 employees with the opportunity to gain insight into the team's well-being. It serves as a simplified version of the full report, adapted for small units where it is often not possible to obtain reports due to anonymity requirements.
What does a mini-report contain?
The mini-report provides access to:
- Focus card
- The 7 factors
The specific questions
- Open comments
- Custom questions (if used)
Limitations:
You cannot filter data or use the Heatmap and Spread functions.
Benchmark
You can compare (benchmark) your team with:
- The entire organisation
- GAIS’ Good Work Motivation Index
- A relevant industry
When does a mini-rapport appear?
The mini-report is only displayed if at least 3 employees have responded.
If the manager himself is one of the three, we recommend that you do not display a report. This ensures better anonymity and data quality.
How to share a mini-report
The mini-report can be shared:
- Directly in the GAIS platform (to the manager)
- As a PDF or PowerPoint file
How to activate the mini-report
1. Go to the measurement and click Edit
2. Go to Settings at the top of the bar
3. Choose whether mini-reports should be turned on or off
OBS:
- When mini-reports are turned off, there must be at least 5 responses before you can see the report and segments
- You can turn mini-reports on before, during and after the survey.
Is anonymity still ensured?
Yes.
The mini-report only shows averages and does not contain dispersion. This means that individual responses cannot be seen, which ensures anonymity – even in small teams.
Remember to communicate with the team
We recommend that you inform the superiour manager of the small teams in advance if mini-reports are being used, preferably before the beginning of the survey
